My Story
I became a therapist because creating a life that supports my health and wellbeing has always been a priority of mine — even when it felt impossible. There was a long stretch of my life when I was struggling with compromised health, stress, anxiety, and low mood. During that time, I wasn't able to see past the negative feelings and thoughts that colored my reality.
Fortunately, there was a deep part of myself that gravitated toward health even when there wasn't a defined path to take. I began working with different practitioners — functional medicine doctors, a homeopath, two energy healers, and a psychotherapist.
Looking back, it is evident why that challenging period was in my life. The truth is, my suffering provided me with opportunities to grow both emotionally and spiritually. It forced me to learn what I needed to transform within myself to live more peacefully, freely, and joyfully.
The lessons I learned through my whole healing process have become the foundation of my work. I know that navigating difficult periods is an arduous process — it's easy to get consumed by negative thinking. But the dedication to my own self-development taught me that life can get easier.
I leaned on those I worked with for guidance, support, and inner healing during my times of need. And this is exactly what I take great passion in offering my clients now.
